Anti-Servo Tab for the Horizontal Stabilator

Okay, rudder assembly complete. Now it's time to build the stabilator anti-servo tab.

02/09/2013 1.5 hours 41.5 hours – Anti-servo trim. As usual, the first part of the project is material prep. This includes sanding, deburring, radiusing corners- material prep.

02/16/2013 2.5 hours 44.0 hours. Continued anti-servo tab work. Installed ribs, riveted top sheet, installed bracket assemblies and riveted top section of HS-1221 spar. You can see I'm using two different types of primer. Should be okay-

02/23/2013 2.0 hours 46.0 hours. Completed anti-servo tabs, left and right. Drilled both hinges using the template, cleco’d hinges and rear/lower side AST ribs. Riveted both assemblies.
This was a pretty simple assembly. It went together quickly. You'll notice around the rudder manufactered heads, a little chipping of the primer.
